Return & Exchange Policy

Because each pair of Kanamuthu earrings is handmade with care, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we absolutely want you to be happy with your order.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to help.

  • Damaged in Transit?
    Let us know within 3 days of delivery with a clear photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Wrong Item Received?
    We'll make it right at no extra cost — just reach out within 3 days.
  • Change of Mind
    Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases due to hygiene reasons.
  • Non-Refundable Situations
  • Change of mind or style preference
  • Allergic reactions (materials used will be listed in product descriptions)
  • Items lost due to incorrect shipping address

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Damaged or Defective Items
  • Worn or used earrings
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items returned without prior communication or approval
  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 10 business days after we receive your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
