5. Shipping

  • We ship to the address provided by you at checkout. Please double-check your details!
  • Kanamuthu is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by postal services or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • They are valid for purchases through this website only.
